I'm a digital experience architect with over 20 years of leadership developing and managing digital marketing, digital products, UX design, mobile apps, and eCommerce, executing and continuously optimizing customer experiences. I have an extensive level of experience in establishing and managing collaboration across the entire customer journey. Successful execution is achieved when the product design, brand, and marketing, is aligned with the key business objectives and balanced with a user-centric experience that frictionlessly meets the customer's goals. I focus on the clarity of the product vision to manage the customer journey across the primary organizational roles; brand, marketing, finance, engineering, sales, and operations.
I'm also a fine art photographer whose work focuses on the landscape and evolving mobile photography. I attended the Kansas City Art Institute, and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
